Team Members

Emily King has been doing robotics since she was 7 years old, making this year her 10th year of doing it! She started doing robotics as part of a Jr. FLL team and advanced all the way up to FTC with the Nerdettes. She is the lead mechanical designer, lead driver, and supports all outreach events. She is a senior at Huntsville High School and plans on going to Auburn University next year and majoring in Marketing with an emphasis on technical sales.

“Presenting our robots capabilities to judges and other teams at competition has taught me how to collaborate and sell our teams potential. Robotics has also helped me discover that I really enjoy public speaking, engaging kids, parents, and companies in joining this fun STEM activity.”
