Team Members

Mark had been mentoring the Nerdettes for five years and became a coach in 2019. Mark has been an electrical and systems engineer at NASA for 30+ years and currently works in the strategy and program formulation office at Marshall Space Flight Center. He has extensive experience in launch vehicle and space payload design and development. He has been involved in robotics since being a co-coach for a FIRST Lego League Jr team.

In addition to coaching and volunteering for FLL, he has also volunteered for FTC and FRC as a scorekeeper and judge at competitions like Alabama State.
