2014
The beginning of everything
In 2014, we started off as an a Girl Scout Troop #8002 and decided to break off into a separate robotics team. The Nerdettes are an all-girls community First Tech Challenge team from Huntsville. This is our 9th year at a robotics team, and our 5th year as an FTC team. We love all aspects of robotics, design, build, and compete. Probably our favorite thing to do is outreach. We love inspiring young kids (especially girls) and their parents to get involved.
